Düsseldorfer Gesprächskreis Kartellrecht

The Düsseldorfer Gesprächskreis Kartellrecht (a closed shop forum on competition law), founded by Professor Dr. Christian Kersting together with practitioners and now hosted jointly with Professor Dr. Rupprecht Podszun, is an informal meeting of renowned lawyers, the judiciary and academics. Since October 2008, its participants have been meeting regularly in a personal, closed group to discuss current competition law issues and trends from the academic perspective as well as the implications in practice.

In order to ensure an open exchange of information, the discussions are subject to the Chatham House Rules. For the same reason, the number of participants is limited and participation is only possible by personal invitation.
